"We have a lovely stay room was so nice and clean and staff were all lovely just as we checked out we wanted to go for a swim and was told we could which was a let down tbh. Was told we had to go before check out time and wasn’t even busy which was a shame kids ruined our day "

"We so enjoyed this hotel. Due to coming from the states, we arrived in the morning and they accommodated us by having three rooms ready and close together. We were able to take a quick nap then tour the town and castle. Windsor is delightful and the hotel was perfect. Well done."
