"Hotel was clean and bright. staff where friendly and helpful. Breakfast had an adequate selection of cold meats, breads, fruit, yoghurt and cereal. Downside is that there is a construction site right outside the hotel with a lot of noise during the day (Mon/Fri) but you can't blame the hotel for that as it is out with their control overall we had a great stay and would definitely book again "

"My husband and I traveled for the champions final. Train station 7-8 min walk from property. Scooters and bikes always available. Place super clean. Lenny the guy at the lobby was super helpful and extremely nice. He helped arrange transportation and everything we needed he helped us right away. Lenny made our stay even better. There is a rischat (cafe) on the bottom floor they are open from 6 or 7 am until 8 I believe. Super convenient. It is a new hotel so everything is pristine. You have to request housekeeping if you need/want it. They have free water during your stay. WiFi super fast. Our room was the one with no balcony to the garden. It had a full kitchen with pots and pans. Just as reference from the hotel to Marienplatz 10 min scooter/bike ride. 12 min by car and public transport 17 min after you get to station. "We always stay here when we visit Munchen as it is close to Augustiner Kellner(12 mins by walk). One of the good things is that sofa beds come as single + single. so it is good as we have a boy and a girl."

The one suggestion I would make would be to have a little better price point on the breakfast prices per person. We ended up getting food offsite for both days due to the 20 euro per person we were quoted. "
