"an old bar of soap was left in our shower and there were 2 dogs in the room across the hall that were barking at different times. There was also construction noise on Saturday morning. Meals were great. Pool was cold- we did not swim because of it."

"The cabin — quaint and beautifully adorned — is truly lovely and so comfortable. And Dave and Lynn are impeccable and responsive hosts. We wondered, on our way up in a 100-degree heat wave, whether the loft would be too hot for sleeping. But when we arrived we found the air conditioning on and a small fan running in the loft. We slept so soundly. The property is amazing — tucked into a corner of a quiet pond, well shaded but with good sun throughout the day. The swimming was great, the kayaking too. We heard loons when we got there and saw them before we left. This cabin was exactly what we needed to recharge!"

"Adorable clean and quiet rooms overlooking a beautiful lake! Use of kayaks and canoes was a huge plus. Close to downtown restaurants and shops! Beautiful area. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. "
