"The property was clean and conveniently located. The listing states that this is the lower level of a home with a unit above so be aware of that when booking. No issue with any of the upstairs guests though. Space was nice and gave us what we needed. There are two challenges with this location. Parking was difficult. We have a full size truck and had to turn around in the small area when so we could get out. This isn't an issue if we were the only ones there, but when guests were...

"We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautifully decorated, had comfy beds and lots of throw blankets. The backyard activities were such a bonus. We would definitely stay here again. Close to restaurants and activities. "

"This home was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the design, decor and furniture. It was evident that a lot of thought had been put into the color schemes and finishing throughout. Our kids especially loved the bunk beds. We stayed here while visiting the Newport Aquarium and the Ark Encounter over spring break. The home is close to several different restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. This was a much better option than staying in a hotel."
