Fabulous Family Lake House on Eden Isle

Our Fabulous Family Lake House is located on Eden Isle, a 400 acre resort just outside of Heber Springs, Arkansas. Eden Isle is surrounded by Greers Ferry Lake. Our home is close to (.5 mile) Eden Isle Marina and a short (2 minute) drive from the Red Apple Inn & Country Club. It includes a romantic (gas log) fireplace, a large gazebo with a big screen outdoor theater set up for "movie nights", a cascading koi pond, and beautiful grounds that are drawn indoors by our home's extensive windows.

Our home sits on a large landscaped lot with plenty of outdoor rooms for enjoyment. Outdoors, we enjoy watching movies on the large screen of our Gazebo, and early mornings with coffee or tea by the cascading water fountain. Or fountain includes a group of koi and happy goldfish. Feeding them is a regular treat for us. Greer's Ferry Lake surrounds Eden Isle. Eden Isle's marina is a convenient walk from our home. The Red Apple Inn and Country Club are added amenities that no one should miss. The Red Apple Inn's holiday buffets are legendary and its championship golf course is part of Arkansas' "Golf Trail." Heber Springs (4 miles away) is a charming town with compelling attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain, the Ellen Hobgood Gallery, Aromatique, Ozark Country Market, Ruland Toy Train Museum, Greers Ferry Dam, a trout hatchery, JFK Park, the Little Red River and much, much more.

We have a great team that assists us with property management. If a problem arises we will respond quickly.

Eden Isle is a 400 acre vacation resort surrounded by Greers Ferry Lake. Our home is close to Eden Isle Marina and the Red Apple Inn and Country Club. The Red Apple Inn and Country Club offers a championship golf course, tennis and a great restaurant with one of the most beautiful views in Arkansas.

We enjoy watching deer roam through our back yard and rear easement. Bluebirds, hummingbirds, woodpeckers and cardinals also regularly visit. Eden Isle Marina (where our boat is docked) offers nightly slip rentals, boat rentals and lake toy rentals.

We have garage parking for one vehicle (our golf cart takes up the other space). On Eden Isle almost every amenity is walkable, but your arrival and departure will require a vehicle. Our driveway has significant additional parking available for up to five (5) vehicles.
Please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property (inside or outside). Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of stay.

Solitude Delight

This home is PERFECT for a quiet rest with several beautiful, comfortable places to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The guys enjoyed the lake and closeness of the marina. Cute town of Heber Springs for a little shopping and hiking trails for the mornings.

The best we’ve stayed at!

My husband and I spent a week at Eden Isle and this has been our favorite place to stay so far. It was clean, and all the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and it was a great location, less than 5 minutes from the marina and Red Apple Inn. The property was beautiful. We absolutely loved our stay here.

Comfortable and Quiet

The home is very roomy and big enough for a large crowd. Plenty of rooms for quiet time even if a crowd is in another room. Lots of outdoor seating with different areas to gather and enjoy the scenery. Minutes away from stores, restaurants and activities. A short walk to the marina.

This cozy house will make you feel at home. Located in a beautiful woodsy setting, it’s convenient to the lake where we were able to enjoy our boat for a few days, as well as local restaurants. It’s outfitted with everything you could possibly need and the hostess was super easy to communicate with.

Family Reunion at Eden Isle

This really is a fabulous house and great for families. Our large extended family was staying at various properties on Eden Isle and this house was perfect for us to be near to family but also have our own place to escape to. The house is very spacious with great amenities and close to the marina. The hosts are so lovely and great at being communicative and helpful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great house at Eden Isle.

Great end to the summer

My husband, our college sophomore son, HS junior son, and their two friends spent a great relaxing few days at this property. There was ample room for us to cook - inside and out! Everything we needed was there to serve our dishes, and the outdoor covered areas were lovely to sit in. The bedrooms were comfortable, and there were games and tv options available too. Thanks for a great time before we send the boys back to college & high school!

Beautiful get away

This home was perfect for our lake getaway. The owner communicated promptly to us through the whole processes from booking, checking in to post departure. The house was very clean and organized. The back patio was our favorite. So quiet and relaxing. We saw four deer on morning while having coffee. Highly recommend this home!

The Perfect Place

We thoroughly enjoyed this spacious, comfortable house nestled among shade trees in a quiet neighborhood. The gazebo was a lovely spot to drink morning coffee. It is a short drive to a grocery store, or into town, but the tradeoff is tranquil surroundings. We saw a deer on the drive coming to the house! The marina, golf course, or Sandy Beach isn't far, if you have active adults seeking some sport, or something to do.

Beautiful country experience

The house is lovely but the best was the outdoors. My granddaughter of 10 years and grandson of 2 loved the backyard. They absolutely loved watching the Koi fish and the deer that roamed the yard at any giving moment. They made great memories to look back on. Thanks for such a beautiful stay

Fall getaway

The house was spacious with all the amenities as described. The outdoor areas were very well maintained and a great place to enjoy nature and family conversation. The well stocked pantry was a welcome surprise. The host was very responsive to any questions. If the leaves had been changing a little more, it would have been perfect. Family Lake Vacation

We all absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful house. Everything was so comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied with everything that we needed. We had 3 families with 5 adults and 3 toddlers. The little ones loved sharing the bunk room and feeding the fish. Any questions we had received a prompt reply from Margo. This is definitely a 5 star property.
