Come here to get "away-from-it-all" while still being "close-to-everything". Perfect for all seasons, the high-country hometown of Heber-Overgaard offers access to several lakes in the region, numerous off-road trails and quaint small town shops. Willow Springs and Woods Canyon Lake are a short drive away plus you don't want to miss the majestic views of the Mogollon Rim with a scenic drive to the Rim Vista Overlook Trail.

The home is located on a steep gravel road so do recommend FWD or AWD. We also welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a $100 pet fee. Considering this is a home, not a hotel, we kindly ask you to treat the space with care. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no on-site staff available 24/7. However, we’re just a message away if you need assistance! To finalize your booking, a separate rental agreement is required.
