"Staff were all nice and well trained. I booked a stay for a solo business trip. I got a letter through my door advising I must leave by 10am and if I wanted to stay inside the hotel it would cost me an extra £70? ... just felt like I could not stay and do work on my laptop as I usually would - I would not stay again for a business trip as made things difficult for me."

"Lovely hotel and Lovely staff great food the breakfast was delicious, great value the only criticism would be the lack of fresh air in the hotel perhaps opening a couple of doors or windows would help but that might just be me . Had a lovely sleep and enjoyable stay ."

"Our stay regrettably wasn’t good given the faulty fire alarm going off at 6.45am and slow management reaction to resolve. What should have been a relaxing overnight stay wasn’t as a result. No real apology or refund for that matter offered! Everything else was okay but not the level of other reviews we expected."

"Nice hotel country location plenty of facilities. Would stay again."

"Fab place"

"Perfect for an overnight stay for access to Loughborough uni"

"Clean room Good breakfast Pleasant helpful staff Could do with more lifts"

"We’ve stayed here several times, and will be returning again next year. The accommodation is great, the staff are very helpful and pleasant, plus the food is good. Ticks all the boxes for us 😊"

"Room clean, staff on arrival were helpful and the bar was very good and obliging"

"Really comfortable stay and a great base for Leicester. We had a lovely stay. The room was a really good size, quiet and comfortable, with a decent shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast was particularly good, with a really nice choice including things like overnight oats as well as the usual options. The only thing I'd suggest is planning ahead if you're arriving by car, as we found the hotel and parking a little tricky to navigate on arrival! Once we'd worked that out, though, everything was...

"Lovely little hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful, nice big bed and room for a very reasonable price!"

"Great staff, very friendly always happy to help."

"We stayed at The Gresham Aparthotel on Saturday night. While the hotel itself was clean, the room was very nice and well presented, unfortunately our stay was very much ruined by the noise throughout the night. Our room was at the front of the building and the noise from outside was extremely loud. We experienced people shouting, swearing and singing, car horns, sirens and general street noise continuously throughout the night, right through until around 7am on Sunday morning. As a result, we...
