"I had a great stay overall! The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and even upgraded my room at check-in, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — definitely appreciated the extra touch of hospitality. Only downside was the experience with the overnight valet staff. The woman working late that evening came across as less than cordial, which was disappointing compared to the otherwise friendly and professional service I received throughout the hotel. Still, the upgrade and quality of the accommodations more than made up for it. I’d absolutely stay here again — just hoping for a better experience across the board next time!"

"Amazing everything BUT the pool. A dj was playing hard music that ended up in our room. And the pool was so filthy thar you cant see the bottom."
