At first they forgot to give me the key, so I didn't know my room number. Then, they told me to go park in the garage, under the hotel. It looked like you were heading into a garbage dump. Then, the directions for using the garage code was not clear. However, it all worked out well in the end. I will stay there happily next year now that I understand the set up."
