"The staff was fantastic! Donald really did everything to make sure we didn’t have to do anything once we arrived, from handling parking to restaurant recommendations to wine samples. In-room breakfast was delicious, and the room was incredible. A must stay in Healdsburg!"

"The property itself is really nicr, but the restaurant was incredibly disappointing, and the staff — while friendly — were not remotely knowledgeable about the area or the hotel itself. How late is the hot tub open? “Great question, no idea.” Can we get a second ice bucket? “Not sure if we can do that.” Where is there a nice walking trail nearby? “I think the closest one is like 40 minutes away.” (Spoiler: there were multiple within 5-10 min) So if you’re looking for a relaxing, beautiful place to stay and don’t intend to eat on property or ask the staff any questions, this is the place for you!"

"Our room was quite small a king bed and daybed which was not conducive to seating. Bathroom extremely small with pedestal sink with no space at all for any toiletries! But the location of this hotel was better than perfect!"
