"This place is very CLEAN first off. We spent 6 nights in June. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The property is very spacious, the bed was very comfortable, comfortable furniture in the living room and kitchen. The kitchen was fully stocked with any items needed to cook with. Large refrigerator/freezer, plenty of counter space and seating if you have a bigger family. The bathrooms were stocked well also. Now to my favorite part of our stay, the screened in back porch! "HOUSE WAS FABULOUS, WE ENJOYED STAYING THERE. THE OWNER/HOST RESPONDED QUICKLY TO ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. THE VIEWS WERE GREAT; MASTER BEDROOM WAS WONDERFUL AS WELL AS OTHER ROOMS. "Great neighborhood, beautiful backyard, spacious house. The kitchen tools were a little lacking and the pots and pans were all severely scratched up Teflon or aluminum, which is a big health concern. The refrigerator water was stopped up by mold at the output. We drank bottled water the duration of our stay because of that. That needs to be addressed. There were board games, a ping pong table, and some kickballs outside. My kids enjoyed those. Overall, we enjoyed staying here. We would stay here...

"For a quick overnight stay, the townhouse was clean, comfortable and suited all our needs! It might have just been overlooked, but shower soap would make the amenities complete!"

"This was perfect for a family of four. We were here less than 12hrs but way better than a hotel for the money.
