" Property looks nothing like pictures Front door is broken Beautiful lobby. Night manager on Friday night was very helpful and pleasant. Had to drive around the building to our room. Road has major potholes, poor lighting and landscaping was lacking. The room was clean ac worked great. Shower water pressure was amazing, tub drain was extremely slow. "We stopped off at Casselman River Loft on our drive to Kentucky for Thanksgiving. We felt right at home when we arrived. The loft is very nicely appointed and equipped with all the essentials. We hope to return! "

"The staff itself was friendly. Once we got into the room it looked pretty dirty. There was mold on the shower ceiling. The doors to come in to the entrance need to be fixed as they were broken and anyone could get in. The shower handle was broken."

"The room's need to be updated (renovated). Tv in the room only had 4 channels. Beds are ok but the rest need serious update "

"This is an old resort they are trying to update. The elevator was not working, restaurant was not open, all doors into the resort are always unlocked in fact they did not close, so anyone could walk in a side or back door at anytime. There are only 12 channels on the TV and my microwave did not work. The room was clean and the people working there are nice."

Exceeded our expectations!

"The Treehouse is magical and so fun! Every touch was enchanting and our family especially loved searching for gnomes on the private hike around the property. We came through the area for 2 nights on our way to visit Washington DC. We hiked and explored Ohiopyle including a rafting trip and visiting Falling Waters. Loved our time! "

"We had the most amazing stay! Thank you to the hosts and the staff for making our trip so special. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. It is beautiful. My husband and I enjoy a good breakfast, and this is probably the best breakfast we’ve had in years. They accommodated dietary restrictions and have a phenomenal breakfast room with lake views. The location is stunning with breathtaking views of the lake. We haven’t been so relaxed in awhile. Truly, a remarkable place, and we’ve been telling our friends about how amazing it was. The service, facility, and accommodations are unbeatable and the people who operate it are special. We look forward to coming back! Thank you for the best stay!!! "
