"Check in was indicated as 2 pm to 5 pm but on arrival at 3.30 pm no one was in attendance. Fortunately another couple arriving were contacting the personnel and were given details to open the key safe for their room key. [Note: Room bookings are are identified by name eg ....vila/suite, but keys are numbered. Therefore, if no staff are in attendance and two or more couples obtain keys via the key safe, finding the correct room and key could be a process of eleimination.]
Notwithstanding the rate quoted though Wotif was less than the charge debited, this was rectified quickly when I found a staff member.
