"Falls Mountain retreat exceeded our expectations. We booked a loft studio for two people and the room itself being huge and the air conditioning worked very well, also there was a gas open flame fire, a Kingsize bed, fridge with an ice box, microwave a toaster and a kettle and coffee maker. There was a lovely big bathroom with a spar bath and shower. Front and rear balconies with patio doors and seating. Definitely 10 out of 10."

"I was greeted warmly at reception, the check in process was smooth and quick. Our room was ready an hour early and it smelt lovely and was very clean. Bed comfortable. Hotel facilities eg pool, games room, are lovely and again, clean. Hotel is very close to Leura Mall. It's my 3rd visit and I will be back again. "

A big plus for us was the EV charging facility in the parking area. Since we have an electric vehicle, being able to charge it every night without any issues made our stay even more convenient and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for comfort, amenities, and EV-friendly facilities. Would definitely stay again!...

They’ve done a great Reno on this place and the planting and color scheme work to make you feeling instantly chilled out. "
