"We loved that this was attached to the arena for the show we were seeing. We were also pleased with the relatively close location to the airport as well for easy travel. The staff was great at check-in when we were really early and the room wasn't ready yet. It felt like they made us a priority to speed up our room while we waited instead of just doing whatever their normal procedure was for cleanings."

"The hotel itself was great but it was VERY DIFFICULT to find even with our GPS!?! Had to go to the hotel next door to ask where the HI was located."

"Overall stay was very good. Elevator improvement was in process and it did take long for single elevator and for service elevator to arrive, but that was an inconvenience. Room was clean and each day it was cleaned and fresh. Only other minor inconvenience was that normal noise from outside room of people talking etc. travelled into the room easily so guest returning to their rooms late at night was louder than should be. "
