"This property fit our family, but it is apparent this is an income property. The home has no air conditioning -- which we found out only days before checking in -- and only one small fan. Since I am asthmatic this resulted in significant breathing problems. There were 1 washcloth and 2 bath towels in each bathroom for a total of 3 washcloths and 6 towels for 9 people. We finally found more towels in a cabinet upstairs, but had to go buy washcloths. In the kitchen, there were no towels to dry or...

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was comfortable and with three of us, it was roomy and our granddaughter could have her privacy. The only drawback was the lack of a guard rail on the front steps. My husband and I are 76 so I would have felt more comfortable with a guard rail."

"I was selling a house in a neighboring town and needed a place to stay that would accept my cats. We were welcomed immediately. It's a beautiful unit in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and accommodating. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. Close to BART and downtown Castro Valley. "

"On the plus sides: The property is fun and ecclectic. I would say not for small children as there are wooden and woven giraffes, lamas, masks etc. that would likely attract attention Good location, easy walk to restaurants. Fells safe. Clean. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Plenty of books and games. Easy parking. Erin is very responsive.Negatives: mattress a bit soft but that's personal preference. A bit dark. "My daughter and I came to visit my son. For sure location was perfect, gorgeous walks into the town and so close to my son. The cabana was clean and being opposed was fantastic. I hope to stay here again and n my next trip ! "
