The living room is The couch in the basement was very odd We did have an issue with the towels being extremely fuzzy, leaving a lot of lint behind when using them. We felt safe in this area and had great access to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Access into DC was easy (an EZ Pass toll tag definitely helps!). We had great communication with the owner. "Stayed here for 3 nights with my partner and his 81 year old mother while we attended graduation events at GMU. This apartment is perfect, and the hosts have thoughtfully provided just about anything a family could need for a comfortable stay--books, games, lots of extra blankets and pillows, even a guitar! The bedroom connects to the bathroom, which also can be entered from the living space, which is great for guests who might be sleeping on one of the sofa beds. The sidewalk to the basement...

Clean and comfortable. Walking to and from the car was a bit anxiety provoking marijuana smoke every where and old unfinished portions of cigars and cigarette butts ever where."
