"This property had been updated since the listing photos and was a nice surprise! The updates are modern, clean, and well done. A fun surprise awaits for you in the stone fireplace. The house is very spacious and was well stocked with a ton of bathroom towels (no beach towels). Be sure to bring cooking items like spices and oils as only salt and pepper was found in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need and plenty of plates, glasses, etc. The kids loved the bunkroom...

The owner might want to consider some tweaks to make it even better: fix the screen door to the upper deck, replace the non-closing kitchen trash can, remove the broken dining room arm chair, be a bit more generous with paper products (paper towels/TP) or edit listing to reflect "initial" or "limited" supply thereof.
