This 4 bed/2 bath house is perfect for families (and your dog) with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful northern Idaho weather out on the covered patio. Ample parking for multiple vehicles and side parking for a boat. This home is less than 3 miles to Hayden Lake, 15 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene and 20 minutes to Silverwood.

Enjoy the entire house and private backyard in a quiet Hayden neighborhood close to everything North Idaho has to offer. The main level living area provides an open floor plan that accommodates groups or families (up to 8 people) with a full kitchen, dining area and comfortable living room. Enjoy a cup of coffee or backyard bbq under the timber framed patio cover with dining area and propane fire table.

The large driveway and adjacent RV parking space provides room for multiple vehicles plus boat parking.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the home with the exception of the garage and outdoor shed. Driveway and street parking available for vehicles and boats. Pet Fee $50
