"A new hotel, clean and typical Japanese omotenashi. Usual issues in common with all Japanese hotels with lack of adequate clothes storage (no wardrobe) even for a larger size room. King size room design was visually pleasing but functionally compromised as a result....limited storage, with space compromise for visual effect.Not a fan of this new fashion of having lobby mid building(20th floor) and having to walk through lobby to get another lift to room. Having said that this is a lovely hotel so comments need to be taken in balance."

The staff was fairly helpful, though I needed to figure a few things out myself (language barrier may have contributed, which is certainly not their fault). The hotel has plenty of restaurants including a TGI Fridays for those wanting a burger and fries. The 7 Eleven downstairs had plenty to choose from in case you had a late run.
