"The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away. The room was very clean, and aside from the construction outside (to no fault of the hotels), which made it a little bit harder to sleep. Everything else was amazing! The area was very convenient, walking to the harbour...

"The up side is that the property is a lovely, cozy apartment that is equipped with everything that one would need to be comfortably self-sufficient. The down side is that one must be self-suffient. "The apartment was great and I couldn’t ask for anything else . But the neighbors however are senior citizens and they act very immature . I had a few situations with an old lady that throw all my trash all over the front of the complex and knocked on our doors and windows and would pick fights with me and I wouldn’t understand her because I don’t speak Japanese. The hotel as a whole was great but the neighbors are terrible ****2 out of 5 stars ****"
