"Room was fine. Clean and a good amount of space. The only downsides were the room was very hot even with the window open all night. Considering it’s April I presume the summer will be stifling. The shower also was poor, the pressure was low and operated from the bath taps meaning the temperature was extremely difficult to regulate. "

"Stayed for one night, had food in the restaurant which was lovely and the staff made me feel very welcome, which was reassuring especially as I was travelling on my own. Room was clean & tidy, got a good night sleep. Room had a kettle, hairdryer and iron, even a couple of complimentary biscuits which is always a nice touch. Would definitely stay again and use it as a base for exploring. "

"The room was super clean, it appeared to have been recently decorated, the carpets appeared new, the ensuite seemed new, and all was nice. One thing I would say, as the room was facing the garden, there were a couple of spotlights on the front of the abbey/centre, and the window blind didn't fully cover the window, so the light came through that was the only negative thing i could think of"
