"I LOVED the Sunrise cabin! It was camping but with a few amenities that made the experience much better than sleeping in a tent. Very peaceful and quiet and only a 10 minute walk to Lake Superior. The showers in the lodge were an added bonus. I definitely will be back and have already shared with friends, encouraging them to check out this awesome place!"

"Updated kitchen was great. Large deck area. Kid friendly yard with a big tree swing. We did not use the dock but it looked good. Plenty of parking. Short distance to town. Northern Wisconsin is horrible for mosquitoes! Outside of house needed some dead bug removal and window cleaning."

"This worked perfect for our family and our stay, especially with our hound along for the ride. We’d like to return in the summer months to better be able to explore the trails. The one difficulty was the lack of heater in the cabin necessitating use of space heaters. While the cabin remained warm enough I was under the impression there was more centralized heating. Other than that we had no issues and really enjoyed our stay!"

"Very secluded and private. The cabin is fully supplied, with multiple sleeping areas. Loved the deck. With the cabin came the use of a pontoon, kayak, canoe and paddle boat. Abundant wildlife. I taught my grandson to fish! And the loons calling on the lake were mesmerizing."

"Some things I appreciated are, everything worked in the house, there was enough TP and paper towels for 8 people for a week, and the host was so responsive every time we had a need. I would hear from him immediately. We cooked almost every day, and though the kitchen is small, it filled our needs. The location is very nice as well. Take mosquito repellent."
