"Our room was clean, but it was very dated. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows were so small that they provided very little support. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was a serious safety concern. I fell because the eavestrough was draining into the grassy area at the end of the motel, creating unsafe footing. I landed face-first on the concrete curb, resulting in a cut on my nose and significant bruising around my nose and left eye. We immediately made the staff aware of...
