"This was a perfect place to land near campus with lovely grounds and interior to enjoy day and night. Yummy breakfast and friendly staff to boot! Can't wait to return :)"
"Love for Ala Moana Hotel! Just don’t rent through LSI Resorts! Expect no communication and dirty rooms! If you’re checking in after 5p you won’t have sheets for your pull out. Not recommendable! "
"The location of the property is very good. However, there were a few problems with the unit: 1) It is located on the second floor overlooking Ala Moana Boulevard, which is a very busy street during the day and into the night. In addition, it is on a low floor looking out over the parking lot. 2) The description said there was a private lanai. This is not true. There are sliding glass doors/windows but you cannot step outside. 3) The pictures of the pool were misleading. The pool is actually...

"I was shocked at the professionalism from the staff at Renaissance. I was blown away at the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff to start conversations with guestd"
"Excellent stay! The rooms and facilities are all clean and in great shape, the lobby area is gorgeous, the beds are comfortable, the views from rooms are fantastic. Perfect location. Rochelle at front desk (and her manager - I don’t have a have name) was a rock star helping me when there was an issue with my reservation and resolved it to my satisfaction.
The only complaint I have, and this is very minor, is that there was a weird odor in the hallway throughout our stay. Nothing looked dirty or anything so I don’t know what it was."
"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Waikiki! Everything was perfect—from the clean and comfortable rooms to the beautiful atmosphere. The staff were so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend! 🌺✨

"It was a cute and fun hotel. We have nothing but nice things to say. It is locally owned, and the staff were so kind and accommodating. We arrived at 8:30am, and they moved things around to be able to get us into a room right away. When we checked out, they held our luggage for us until we were ready to go to the airport that night.
