"in all everything is good but I had requested before leaving that we wanted two connecting rooms.And I had said I would pay extra, but unfortunately they didn't give us that room Even though the child was with us.This was upsetting"

"Originally booked an Airbnb for our trip but upon arrival, we saw that it was not clean whatsoever. Had to find a hotel to stay in for the week so we booked this stay on a whim and ended up LOVING it. The staff are so kind and helpful, the location is great, and there is so much to do. The one downside is that The Grove restaurant had confusing hours (likely due to the storm that was hitting Oahu during this time). The food at The Grove was delicious though, we just wish the hours of operation were better. Will definitely be staying here the next time that we come to Oahu! "

"Very nice and helpful staff. The location is great, making it very walkable to great restaurants my only real complaint is they only have one pool for the whole hotel which makes it very crowded. Also the hot tubs were closed more than they were open. There is a very small amount of common space to enjoy on the property. "

"Extremely long walk to front desk. Extra costs was not listed sink water tag hot and cold water cannot be adjusted. Air cond airflow is too cold "

"There are no kettles or microwaves in the rooms which is frustrating. After asking, I was told that there was only one microwave on the property and it was in the basement near the laundry room. Each time I wanted a cup of tea I had to take two elevators. And then wait in line to use it. Ridiculous. Other than that I enjoyed the hotel. It's dated but has a cute ambience and the location is great. "
