About this property

Riverfront property with pool, hot tub, gym, pool table and bar in basement.

  • Walking distance to a coffee shop, roast beef place, bowling alley, ax throwing restaurant,chinese restaurant,liquor store and a seven 11 plus more. The house is very comfortable with heated floors and window AC's. Bring your conoe's and kayaks if you want to take advantage of the Merrimac river in the back yard.The first floor living room has a pull out couch if you need a fourth bedroom as there is a door on it as well. The home features a generator in case there is a power outage. Plenty of off street parking and conveniently located minutes off of route 495 off the Ward hill exit in the Bradford section of to Haverhill. Very close to BJ's if you are a member.
