"This is a very unique place to stay that oozes character. It is in a tiny community but has many options for entertainment at the hotel. The man who runs it is very responsive to needs. The place is decorated with a great sense of humor and an incredible movie theme. I used the location as a base to go in all four directions. It is do-it-yourself on meals but that suited me fine."

"Overall this was a nice place to stay Pros: stayed in the tiny house, very clean and nicely decorated, spacious bathroom, comfy bed, small fridge with 3 types of water, heater, tv and speaker, beautiful view, good dinner and they will reserve a table if you ask, amazing breakfast with a view!! "Not the easiest to find with a standard gps, but a very nice place with an exceptional friendly owner Our tower room was nice and spacious, breakfast quite nice and sitting out on the lawn in the sub with a trappist can't be beaten. "The one word that accurately sums up this place is "disappointing". The pictures were obviously taken with lighting that hid or obscured the poor condition the walls and parts of the house were in. The shower was so tiny that I had to use it hunched over almost 90 degrees. There were multiple sockets that were closed off with just duct tape, and the kitchen was in serious need of repainting. "Nice, clean cabin but we were extremely dissapointed to learn that the fireplace was FAKE. It’s plastic. This cabin was advertised with a working fireplace and this was our only reason for renting this cabin. This was a huge dissapointment. The heating is with an electric stove which works slowly and dries the air out: we were all having headaches and dry eyes from the air quality."
