"De ligging van de woning is goed. De woning zelf was niet naar onze verwachtignen: de netheid was ondermaats, veel gerief van de eigenaars zelf dat blijven staan was. De eindafrekening verliep niet zonder problemen: we hedden bij reservering gekozen om de eindschoonmaak zelf te doe maar toch stonden de kosten voor de schoonmaak op de eindafrekening."

"Et sommerhus, i fantastiske omgivelser perfekt til familieferie med børn, koldt sommerhus ved ankomst i februar, men fik forholdsvis hurtigt varmet det op. Dejlig indhegnet have til vores børnebørn og hund."

"Leider ist das Haus in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Von der Reinigung abgesehen klebte alles was man angefasst hat. Der Backofen ist innen und außen dreckig. Im Bad ist im Bereich der Dusche Schwarzschimmel. Auf der überdachten Außenterrasse stinkt es nach den Exkrementen von Brütenden Vögeln. Im ganzen Haus stinkt es. Wir haben das Haus am 13.07. das Haus verlassen und sind nach Hause gefahren. Novasol haben wir ebenfalls informiert. Und um einen Nachlass gebeten."

Den Schlüssel konnte ich nicht in den Schlüsselkasten stecken, da es sich um ein Zahlenschloss handelt. "The house was a cozy 2 bedroom summer cottage one block off the water - was perfect size for a family of 5 with a third sleep area off the dining area. We were able to have local friends over for dinner any game night of UNO without feeling cramped. My only feedback would be better lighting in the dining room for late night games. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept, the instructions provided on reading meters was perfect and how to replace fuse as well. "

"Abandoned house where you cannot live. Not cleaned inside or outside. It smells like mold. You cannot use toilet because it overflows. Very dirty beddings. Spider webs everywhere. All the tableware dirty. "
