"Our family booked the longleaf cabin for a long weekend to see my step-son graduate with his PHD from FSU. The location of the property to FSU was a short 30 min drive which was convenient & kept us out of downtown away from all the college students celebrating the end of the semester. The cabin is set on a beautiful property and had so many amenities for out of town guests. "My car got broken into in the parking lot. I am still giving 5 stars as the manager was so sweet and even sent me a text of the security footage the next day. Plus they comped the parking fee. They were so apologetic and kept in contact with me and helped call the cops to investigate. I was very fortunate I had nothing of any value in the car. The hotel itself is so nice and clean. There are cameras everywhere in the parking lot. Just do not keep anything of value in your car anywhere in Tallahassee as the cops told me this is a problem in general in the area. "
