This is Hawaii's most beautiful location right on a family friendly sandy beach. Enjoy spectacular sunrises over the ocean, large sea turtles that regularly visit the beach, whales off shore and colorful coral that make this semi-private beach a special retreat.

The Space:
Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from this stunning oceanfront condo, easily accessible via two elevators. The condo features a convenient in-unit washer and dryer, ensuring your family's comfort. Guests can access the entire condo, beach, and gym. Included is reserved parking for one car. We provide essential supplies such as dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper for a premium, hassle-free family experience. Relax and unwind in this beautiful space.

Guest Access:
As my guests, you will have complete access to the entire condo, private lanai (balcony), beachside gym and pool, beachside picnic area and bbq, lawn chairs and the beach. Access to your condo is by two secured elevators. There is free parking for 1 car in a designated stall with additional parking available on the street.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled directly on the beach in Hauula, this condominium offers immediate access to the protected waters, ideal for snorkeling. Just a half-block away, across the street, you'll find a variety of dining options, including a Shrimp Truck, Thai Food Truck, Burger Food Truck, Vietnamese Pho Food Truck, a Hawaiian Ice stand, and a convenience store with a local food counter. For cultural experiences, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hawaii's top paid attraction, is less than 5 miles away. Nearby amenities include a Longs drugstore and two grocery stores. Laie Beach Park, just a 5-minute drive, provides bigger waves for body surfing. A short drive will take you to the Turtle Bay Resort, with its golf courses and restaurants, as well as the world-famous North Shore surfing beaches. During winter, witness 30 to 40-foot waves and world-class surfers along the North Shore. Explore Waimea Bay, Waimea Falls Park, and the charming town of Haleiwa with its art galleries and restaurants. Horseback riding is also available nearby, completing the picture of a perfect beachfront getaway.

Getting Around:
Guest have a private parking space not far from the elevators. There is also a bus stop just steps away that will take you around the island and directly to all of the most popular, world-famous beaches.

The condo unit was in good condition while the entire complex was being renovated. Overall had a great time! Good location and value with a beautiful view!

Great location. We were able to get all over the island easily and the property allowed peace and quit when wanted. The construction on the property was not an issue at all. View of the ocean was fabulous. The condo was very comfortable and accommodating to our needs, with 5 people.

My Family and I had an amazing vacation thanks in great part to where we stayed. The property was well cared for, very clean and peaceful, most of all being able to wake up on the beach was the highlight of our entire stay. We are planning on returning for another stay!

We recently stayed with our 4 children ages 5-12. Check in and check out were a breeze. Good location, close to so many things to see and do. We loved that it was quiet and right in front of a beautiful beach for swimming and going on walks. We loved how peaceful and not overcrowded it was. The construction didn’t ever bother us. The sand toys, boogie boards etc were so nice to have. Will leave some notes for host with recommendations of ammenities that would be helpful to include in the condo, but otherwise great!

The communication was great with the owner and there were clear instructions for checking in and out. Location is great, there is a view of the water from the balcony. The beach is a good place for snorkeling, paddle boards, and kids. Only downside is the bed in the living room is not too comfortable. Overall it was a great stay.

We had a great time during our stay. Enjoyed the sea breeze, the relatively quiet building (barely heard construction) and the dead beach. At most we could see 1-2 other ppl on the beach at any given time. We snorkelled with 15-20 sea turtles, spotted an eel, and even ran smack dab into a HUGE Manta Ray, all right in front of the condo. Walked down the beach in the evening and watched the turtles as they came onto the beach to bed down for the evening. All in all it was a great trip!

Loved this place! Great location, great beach (our kids preferred this beach over all Others on island. We saw lots of sea turtles in the water and on the sand. Had one issue but owner addressed it right away and did their best to accommodate to us. Lots of room. Can sleep 12 people comfortably. Will refer this place to friends and family!

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. It is well worth the drive from the airport for the incredible views and almost private beach. The snorkeling was great, and we saw turtles everyday out in the water. The construction was ongoing during business hours, but it was not bothersome. The condo was updated and very nice. The sunrise every morning was unbelievable from the balcony. Out of our entire vacation, staying here was one of the highlights.

The unit was exactly as described and was a good location to visit the Polynesian Cultural Center and some awesome surf spots. Watching the sunrise off the lanai was a highlight each morning. Easy communication with owner and would recommend for others. Construction was as described in the listing so was not an unpleasant surprise but rather an expected inconvenience. We would stay again.

The area was nice and looked right over the ocean. There was construction however that was only for a few hours a day and never effected our stay. The condo was mostly clean however there was some dusting that needed to be done. The kitchen had everything we need to cook meals. We had five people and fit comfortably in the condo. The area is quiet and close to the PPC and BYU-H. We had to call for one minor thing and received an immediate response. We would stay here again.

My family had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Access to like an exclusive beach, with available beach chairs, picnic benches/tables, bbq grill, surfboards, boogie boards, snorkels, etc. Unfortunately some renovation going on and fenced out our parking space. However, the security person is so nice giving up his parking for us. Host is always available and provided us with good information. We’ll definitely come back!!!

Four of us nurse friends stayed and we all absolutely loved the condo. It was plenty spacious for our group or more. Amazing views, we loved watching the turtles come up to shore at night. The local store and great food trucks were a super close walking distance. It was a great location to hit up the north shore or east side. The condo had everything we needed for meals. We could not have asked for more. The hosts kept in touch almost daily and check in was thorough and easy. This is a perfect place for a group.

The property exceeded expectations. The kitchen and linens were well-stocked. Bret, our host, was communicative and clear about expectations. He let us know several times in advance about the construction on site and made sure we were ok with it. The air conditioning kept us comfortable. The washer and dryer were very large capacity and easy to use. The only downside was that the bedroom window (glass shutter style) opens up towards the highway, so my kid had a hard time sleeping with the road noise.

The owners and host made everything easy. Tons of information to help plan the trip, the place was clean. It was easy and quick to get any questions answered and if anything was missing, they jumped right in and got it to us. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook and clean. The air conditioning worked great. It was quiet and clean and close to so many amazing things. There was snorkeling gear, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, deck chairs, beach towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and shower and hand towels. Plenty of bedding and pillows. We had two adults and 6 kids and everyone had a place to sleep comfortably. The beach in front of the property is full of gorgeous turtles in the early morning and evening, the sand is soft, the waves are perfect for swimming and snorkeling. It was one of our favorite spots to have a beach day. We had a wonderful stay!

it was to far around building to get to the beach. two of us use scooters and they were hard to get around. b i searched for a beach front hotel ,even went over budget to get it. and neve got our toes in the water. not set up for handicap. we stayed a couple days to see the sights , HEADED BACK TO WAIKIKI.

The location of this place is great the beach is right out the door. Awesome views. It was tight quarters for 8 adults it got really hot in the room not the best air-conditioning units. The shower curtain was filthy when we got there we replaced it with a new one. Lots of construction going on with the complex around us. We had an electrical issue in the kitchen the last day. We were not there very much we were busy exploring Oahu. It was ok for the most part. I liked the beach it was on and where it was located. Bret was super nice and helpful. Would we stay there again? Not unless there were some upgrades made. Not a 5 star experience but not a bad experience.

The unit had nice kitchen and nice TV. The views are breathtaking as in the pictures. Please note that the unit is cooled only by 2 small portable AC units, one in livingroom (which was inadequate) and one in bedroom (which could use a bigger unit). Now the bad stuff that did not meet our expectations: - The portable AC in the bedroom was broken when we arrived so it was too hot in the bedroom on our 1st night and did not get a good night's sleep. It was replaced the the next day with another small unit which helped a bit for the rest of our nights. - The AC in the living room had 2 issues. 1st, this small portable AC unit can't cool the entire unit except the bedroom. This needs to be replaced with a larger unit or add another unit by the laundry area. Bathroom area gets hot especially when door closed. 2nd, in our first 3 days, the AC vent was blowing hot air back into the unit since the exhaust hose couldn't be secured and sealed. With these issues, it mad the main unit areas hot and uncomfortable. - The folding bed in the living room was broken and we did not feel safe using it. It can't be folded back in either. - The sheets for the folding bed had crumbs and small stains. No big deal since we didn't use it but should've been cleaned. - Shower head was leaking so we had very little pressure on our first night. They fixed the next day. Pressure was better but still low for our taste. - Dryer vents into the unit so it gets hot inside when using it - Washer had mold issues

Fantastic location!!! Very accurate with the great view and the opportunity to see turtles. Had enough bed space for 5 adults. Space was great for being able to travel with older adults as well. Yes the apartment could become warm when running the dryer during the day and the AC was not as strong as in the mainland. BUT they still work and we never were overheated. After all it’s a beautiful island where the sun was beautiful.
