"I stayed in a private room with a private bathroom and it was great - large room, hot water, clean! Kitchen was well equipped and very clean and tidy. Fairly basic property, rooms and amenities, but definitely contained everything that was described in the details! All staff were friendly and welcoming and I really enjoyed my stay!"

"We had a wonderful weekend away staying in the cottage. Jane was excellent with her communication and even leaving a few goodies in the way of a box of chocolates and a bottle of milk. Some previous reviews had mentioned the place not getting any sun but we found it the opposite. It was well lit in most parts of the house, warmed up during the day (even in wintertime now) and we loved being surrounded by the native trees. We didn’t have any complaints, other than one or two of the photos were hard to judge like the bathrooms, but that didn’t worry us. The drive is steep and narrow but theres enough space up top to turn around etc. The upstairs loft / master bedroom was a really lovely space and the fire got most of the house heated up nice & toasty.We would absolutely stay here again"
