"Staff were very helpful and stored our luggage for a couple of hours after check-out on the morning when we were due to catch the 4pm ferry. Pre - ordered a taxi for us which arrived punctually. Excellent location for shops, market, restaurants and bars. Will definitely book again."

Nowhere in the hotel descriptions was this highlighted. It was very windy with heavy rain when I stayed and even though I was on the third floor, the noise on roof surfaces and in the air con venting...
