"We stayed here with our family and teenage kids. We loved the little cosy home. The rooms for the kids was upstairs and the parents room was separate, so everyone had privacy. Dies war uns leider nicht möglich, da schon bei der Besichtigung die hygienischen Zustände der Unterkunft katastrophal waren. "A beautifully renovated barn with all the charm. We had a wonderful stay with our two young children and dog. Every aspect of the stay was brilliant. The barn was toasty warm, the kitchen stocked with all appliances, the beds comfy and the lounging area relaxing. There is also a great sustainable ethos with the stay. The host was super friendly and knowledgable about the local area. I highly recommend and we will be going again."

10/10 Excellent

"Dont judge a book by the cover. . The area around was industrial with a lot of car show rooms on a main road. Google maps showed the canal and River but you cant see these. HOWEVER, the welcome was warm and friendly. Between my poor French and the receptionist's broken English, we understood each other! The hotel was clean and tidy. There was a lovely court yard garden, with the rooms around. The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. Breakfast was plentiful , fresh and delicious. We were able to sit outside. We arrived on motorbikes, and immediately we were shown an area to park under a security camera. There were at least 3 restaurants within walking distance. As we left, all the staff were cleaning and all said goodbye."
