"Great experience overall! Very clean hotel! Very cute rooms!! We loved them! The only reason we didn’t leave a better review is because of the parking situation- we spent about 4 hours of our one day stay looking for parking around the hotel, the staff member kept telling us different locations of where we could or couldn’t park during off times- I’d recommend some sort of instructions for quests on parking if it’s meant to be that difficult."

"Beautiful apartment…well stocked in a quiet area. Only negative was booked for five persons but only pillows and bedding supplied for four, and bath towels for two but we were able to make do as we had travelled with some stuff. We would absolutely recommend this comfortable & well kept apartment."

"The Herrihof staff were excellent. We enjoyed our two bedroom apartment. It was spacious, with plenty of thoughtful storage and gorgeous views. The unit was updated and had a wonderful deck to gaze at the nearby valley."

"Toffe verblijfplaats in een heel gezellig en typisch Zwarte Wouddorp. De uitbaters zijn heel behulpzaam. De kamer heel groot, met twee slaapkamers en een grote living. Parking naast de deur. Ideale plek voor een verblijf van enkele dagen. Op korte afstand van de Titisee, de Feldberg, etc."

Every space, from the rooms to the dining areas, was spotless and beautifully maintained. It created a sense of calm and comfort that made it easy to relax. The staff were exceptional. Kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, they made the entire experience feel personal without ever being intrusive. Their hospitality added something special to the stay. The food was outstanding. Dinner was rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and breakfast was just as impressive, with fresh, high-quality options that made for a perfect start to the day. Each meal felt intentional and well-crafted. And then there are the views. Whether looking out from the window in the early morning light or watching the sunset settle over the surrounding landscape, the setting is simply beautiful. It is peaceful, scenic, and deeply restorative. This is a place I would return to without hesitation, and one I would highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a truly memorable experience."
