"There were alot of people checking in and only 2 agents to handle all the people. "

"Check in was long …it took about 45 minutes . Checked in around 9pm and there were no towels ready …However all staff was very polite and professional …towels came in about 20 minutes…room was very clean, bed was comfy . Didn’t make it on to the casino this time but I will be back again ! Took off a star for the long check in time &house keeping delay . "

"Breakfast menu was small but food was hot and fresh, all staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking at night was a little crazy but that’s expected since it’s right by the airport. Food places not that far. "

I explained to the operator with Hilton and she offered me to change to another one of their hotels at my expense or keep what I had since I booked through a third party. The bed was broken; small black bugs crawling all over the floor and walls in the bathroom; mold and mildew all in bathroom "

"Rooms were freaking gross. Hair, dirt and dust on the tile floor at the entry and bathroom. Toe nails on the carpet by the dresser. Our rooms were never cleaned/serviced over 4 days. No breakfast in the mornings, no pool (says it’s being renovated, but no sign of any construction happening), weight room is dilapidated and the hall ways were filthy. We only stayed cause options were limited due to a national wrestling tournament happening and there was limited availability for rooms at a reasonable price. It sucked and I could have given them some grace on the building being older if they would have just cleaned the rooms properly, but it was disgusting and super disappointing. Would never say here again without a massive overhaul in all areas. Don’t be fooled by the 10/10 ratings... It’s got to be the staff or management trying to salvage their ratings. Do better Del-Mar…a little more attention in cleaning the rooms would go a LONG WAY. "
