"Great location and our suite was lovely with a large shower based on European standards. The room also had air conditioning which is a plus but the coffee maker was not working. There is car parking available on site but the process is not good - the instructions state you can pre-reserve a car parking spot on either P1 or P2 but after my husband tried to enter the P1 level and wasted 15 minutes only then did the front desk advise that level P2 was available. So all in all parking our car which should only take a few minutes took up to 30 minutes! Also, there is a what they claim a rooftop bar and main level bar, but it is self serve and not wait staff. For a hotel that charges as much as it does you would expect wait staff. Also when we checked out of our room no one cared to ask if we enjoyed our stay."
