"I wanted to share a unique and uncommon help by Nia and the rest of the staff. She went far above and beyond to help me. Upon arrival to the property, Expedia had not informed them of the booking. They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away. Her service raises the bar for everyone in hospitality. "

"Our stay in Ninh Binh was perfect! The hosts were so kind and helpful. The place was so clean and they were always making sure we had what we needed. The fruit we had at breakfast was amazing!! "This is the kind of hotel that all travellers expect but seldom find. Here it ticks all the boxes , I could not find a single fault. It was perfect. Spotlessly clean ,immaculate bedrooms and top notch facilities. Adding to all of that the owner and staff were utterly fantastic. They were super friendly and so helpful. So much so I actually returned a few days after leaving because the hotel in Hanoi could nowhere near match the quality and service I received here. I certainly give this hotel a big 5star rating and would recommend to anyone staying in the Tam Coc area of Ninh Binh."
