"Lovely hotel, friendly staff and warm comfortable rooms. Restaurant fare however was disappointing and overpriced for a hotel of this quality. Breakfast on the other hand was extensive and very good."
"Staff were amazing and very helpful. Had the room ready for us at 12.30 because they knew how busy it was going to be they wanted all rooms ready. They even brought a travel cot to the room for us after requesting only 5 minutes earlier. Right in the centre. Very good price for where it was located. Parking also good but gets very busy quickly so would recommend getting there before check in."
"The reason for the low score is because of the doors. Ppl were banging them all night and early morning.
I appreciate they are fire doors or for regulation but something needs to be done to quiet them down a bit"
