I was in Hattiesburg for my two children’s graduation from USM. The house was termite infested. The floor was falling in due to the termites. The backyard was very grown over filled with bugs. The garage door would not open. The house had a terrible smell. I could go on and on. The big disappointment was THE PROPERTY HOST. I was called a liar and constantly harassed by property host and the neighbor Van Lewis! Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER RENTING THIS HOUSE!
