"Fantastic location for proximity to the hospital, comfortable beds, delicious continental breakfast, and very helpful staff. Those are the high points. The lows were the carpets were visibly dirty, especially outside the elevators…like really dirty and desperate for a vacuum. Also, the toilet was gross. Visible grunge around the rim. Of all things needing to be cleaned, that is really one of the absolute top. If that’s not clean, what else has been neglected? We switched rooms."

"We stayed at this property for a wedding weekend. It was exactly what we were looking for. It was spacious, very clean, had everything we needed and was close to our event. I would definitely stay here again and spend more time in the unit and on the lake."

"The room was clean and well appointed. I am allergic to down, so when I called the front desk, she wasn’t sure if they had down alternative pillows/bedding. I found some in the closet. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash and body lotion all separate. Would stay again."
