"House was well maintained with AC (big plus on Puerto Rico). The beds were comfortable and having two separate rooms was great for our family of four. Location has plenty of food and stores within 5 minutes which was super convenient and Hatillo beaches are a short drive away. Will definitely look to book again on future visits to the the island."

"We really loved the location because it was close to everything the amount of space was great for our family, but I was not happy with the house and the condition it was in, we had a lot of issues in the house, the plumbing was backing up into the pipes and rooms were over flowing with sewerage, it smelled really bad, when it stormed some of the rooms off the pool were flooding as well, there was dirty dishes left under sink and garbage in the dressers. "We stayed just one night in the Family Penthouse. It was not aluxurious apartment, but very spacious with everything that you might need. was huge. I liked the spacious terrace and the hammock. The pool area and gazebo are very pretty."
