"This was a great place to stay. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and the bus station. Beautiful view of the ocean. Saw monkeys nearly everyday, including the one that tried to open our sliding glass door. Loved having the A/C units and the dehumidifier. The concierge, Geralyn, was very helpful and responsive. "Newly renovated and comfortable, this sparkling clean condo was close to everything. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast everyday outside in the courtyard. Also there is a small pool to cool off in after touring or a day at the beach. We especially liked how welcoming the neighbors were. Thanks for a great stay"

"Extremely comfortable. Amazing services. We have stayed there 6nights. All of our requests were fulfilled in very little time(candles replacement, replaced a glass we broke, gave extra fresh towels, AC issues). We will definitely go back. No issues with the WiFi. We were alone most of the time. I believe the WiFi is unstable when they place is very busy. Please note: very close from the hwy. Truck trailers uses their jacob brakes all the time. Could be anoying for light sley."

"Cannot complain about much as great value for money BUT could do with more kitchen implements IE plates, cutlery (2 of each) and 1 cereal bowl. Location is about 5 mins from Uvita centre, so you need a car but no big deal. Quiet location even with the main road so close. Would stay again."

"Large spacious units. Living area can get very warm especially peak season, note the partial AC in bedroom only. No screens on sliders doors or windows so can’t open most times without bugs. Located in a good area with about 600m walk through a neighboring lane and local restaurant to beach. The restaurant there has quite good food and friendly. Beach is very nice. Be aware that property is near the hwy which is convenient to get on or out if you have a car but can get loud with trucks....

"We loved staying here again. The first time we stayed in the toucan suite. This time we rented the entire house for a large group. The penthouse was perfect for all our guests to hangout every night and cook dinner. The price is great and we would definitely stay again."

"I liked this property, the staff is friendly, except the ladie that works making eggs in the breakfast, she wasn't was friendly anytime, didn't smile and she looks like sad, the rest of the staff so friendly and polite. The second day we have an issue in the room with the water heating, apararently wasn't working properly, but they gave us an room upgrade, we didn't have any issue with the new room, the breakfast is great, the property is well maintained, they are doing some upgrade to some part of the hotel, resuming my stay was great, definitely come back to this hotel in the future. Thank you for your excellent attention and make great our vacations Me gustó esta propiedad. El personal es amable, excepto la señora que prepara los huevos para el desayuno, quien no fue amable en ningún momento, no sonrió y parecía triste. El resto del personal fue muy amable y educado. El segundo día tuvimos un problema con el calentador de agua en la habitación; aparentemente no funcionaba bien, pero nos dieron una habitación de categoría superior. No tuvimos ningún problema con la nueva habitación. El desayuno es excelente, la propiedad está bien mantenida y están realizando mejoras en algunas partes del hotel. Mi estancia fue excelente; definitivamente volveré a este hotel en el futuro. Gracias por su excelente atención y por hacer de nuestras vacaciones unas vacaciones inolvidables."
