"A unique hotel experience. It’s in a 1902 YMCA building with no front desk and no in-house attendants. However, we were given a code to enter the room and a cell number to contact for our needs and questions. The surrounding area, though near Main Street, was quiet and felt safe. The entrance and indoor steps up to the door leading to the suites looked sketchy, the elevator looked old and was very slow, but the hallway to the suites and our suite itself was beautifully renovated. Our suite was spacious, modern, well appointed, and the bed very comfortable. The staff/manager responded very quickly to our texts and was very helpful. Overall, it’s more like an Airbnb experience. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again."

"Great breakfast in a little space! I don't mind no carpeting in the room, but I didn't like the lack of mats beside the bed to wipe my feet on before climbing into bed. Even if the floors are clean, there will always be some grit on the soles of your feet."

"True Americana at this lovely roadside motor court motel. We had a kitchenette. This is old school at its best! Air conditioning was great and the staff are excellent. Clean rooms and parking right in front of your room. Everyone should visit this list part of traveling. A respite from the road. A room, bed and bathroom."

"Robin is a great host. She was very communicative, welcoming, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. When we reached out to ask if they had another baby gate in the house, she brought us one, and checked in to make sure it worked as needed. So sweet! Pictures are spot on. The home was clean, and welcoming. Large covered parking right behind the back door leading to the kitchen. Beds are very comfortable, linens are nice. You can book this home with confidence."

"This was our accidental pit stop on a long road trip. We made the reservations late in the end and mixed up the booking; thankfully, the host was very responsive and understanding and made adjustments to accommodate our needs. Not your ordinary bungalow, mind you, more of a pirate ship complete with ladders, ropes, and a plank - creative design all around. One of very few properties that welcome dog. Comes with a nice backyard for a pup to stretch. The hot tub by the river under the stars was a perfect way to recover after a long day."
