"We stayed during a multi day heat wave and really appreciated the efficient air conditioning. The VIP suite was spacious, the beds comfortable and we had a great top floor view towards St. Pauls cathedral. "Staff super friendly and helpful. Room super clean. Small but fine for what we needed it for. Close to stadium for football/concert. Sadly only 2 towels provided and no hot water for shower. Spoke to reception when left and a known issue for whole hotel but nothing communicated to guests and no offer of compensation. I have emailed via Expedia but again no reply."
