"We were so happily surprised at the house, location, and amenities that we found here. Our family, ages from 4 months old to 75 years old enjoyed playing in the lake from early morning to late at night. It was the perfect place to have our gathering. "

"We were visiting family who were camping in the state forest. Due to health issues we decided to not camp but rather stayed at the comfort inn. It was relaxing but had the busiest breakfast I've seen at a hotel in a long time."

"We stayed Thursday - Monday. Flying from SLC-MKE. Our family lives in Wi. My brother said the fishing is great at Lake Arbutus and with the Russel Mem. Campground & Park across the lake it was fun and convenient. Our family either stayed at the campground or with us. I used one of the kayaks to cross the river and visit Mom & Dad at the campground. My brother brought his boat so we’d either kayak across (they have kayaks you can use) & hop on at the campground or they’d hook up on the Log home dock and go from there. We have stayed in VRBO’s since 2001 and this is one of the most well prepared we’ve been in. Walmart isn’t far but - don’t worry about utensils, they have you set along with just about anything you would need to cook with. The place was very clean. Please note: you are expected to strip the beds, put away garbage, clean all dishes, sweep & vacuum before departure so that takes a while. I think most VRBO/Air BNBr folks do that (we always do) but it is nice on the last day to be able to sleep in a little before you clean. So, it would be nice if check in was 3pm instead of 4pm and/or checkout 11am instead of 10am but neither is a deal breaker. What we found thoughtful was that they had many really good DVD’s, games, and some kids toys and very comfy bed linens as well as toiletries. "

"Lazy bear was extremely clean, quiet and just the right size. We were blown away with the amount of extras that were supplied by the host in and outside of the cabin. Classic cabin feel and look! Easy access to the trail system. Lazy Bear will be our first pick when we’re in the area again. The host was very prompt and we thank you for all of the amenities you provide for your guests!"
