"The host was difficult to reach by phone. The issue was a smoke alarm that went off for 24 hrs before finally the fire dept found the problem. We were not offered any type of compensation for having to listen to it for 24 hrs straight .A shout out to the young lady that was a major help. I believe she worked for the owner."

"The house was fine but we had a little problem with ants. They need to get a small sweeper because the broom doesn’t get it all. Overall we had a very nice stay."

"Property manager quickly responds.We loved the location. Quiet private neighborhood. The location allowed you to avoid taking I-4 (which is always a parking lot.) I recommend taking the house keys with you because the dead bolt doesn’t always turn on where you can enter in the code. We will definitely be back with family and friends."

"Windows were filthy, stove top burners did not fit on two burners and stove was old. Mattress in master bedroom concave in the middle my husband had to sleep in the spare bedroom. The faucet in kitchen was ready to fall off! (We reported to James at property Management he said Togo ahead and use it! Adult pool was closed! My husband saw a Palme bug crawling on the w on Saturday we packed up and left Sunday Morning instead of Monday "
