"We booked this property because it was within walking distance to the State Fairgrounds. We had 2 couples splitting this property so the layout worked great for us. The property could use some much needed maintenance though. There are many doors that didn't close for different reasons and some of them had to be wedged shut for privacy. The washing machine did not work, I reached out to the owner through text and the VRBO app and never got a response so we had to go to a laundromat which took up...
