"The room is extremely small! Very depressing. The bathroom is pathetically small. The shower and sink share the same faucet! The toilet is placed tightly next to the wall that you can only sit diagonally! Absolutely no space to put anything in the room. Suitcases tucked under the bed. If you have a 3rd suitcase, you are screwed! Checkout is at 10:00 am while all other hotels are at 11 or noon. Extended time for a fee. If you are leaving early before breakfast time, they don't offer breakfast...

"This is in a prime location from Sugamo Station. Only about 2 minutes walk that makes it very convenient. Check in and check out is flawless. The bath at the top of the building is always a plus. 3 things that they can improve is to maybe have a air purifier in the room to trap the dust, be able to control the room temperature to your liking (somehow it was either heat or cold but can't control which one you want), and the number of laundry machines. I stayed 4 nights but never saw the laundry...

"We really liked this hotel! There were 3 of us, and we each got the single small rooms, but they worked great for just 1 person. It was super clean with a daily refresh of amenities (room service too, if you ask). The breakfast was fantastic and worth it! It had a mix of cultures and very allergy friendly (especially major 7 allergens)! It also was a perfect location in Otsuka, right near train station and had a bunch of shops/dining! All the staff was lovely and helpful! So friendly! I didn’t...
