On the ground floor of a new building. Close to the city center, this comfortable apartment includes one bedroom (double bed 140x190cm), closets, and a TV. It also features a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen (oven, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator-freezer), and a bathroom with a sink and toilet. There is a terrace and a private parking space. NO INTERNET ACCESS - NO PETS ALLOWED - SMOKING ONLY ON THE TERRACE. BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE - please request them when booking! The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is taken at the end of each stay (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have missed. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

- End-of-stay cleaning (T2 apartment): €55.
- Bed linen (double bed): €20.
